Powerbuilding mends the maximal strength qualities of powerlifting, with the muscle building strategy of bodybuilding.  This 4-Day/Week program revolves around the squat, bench press, deadlift, and military press. This program can be run with free weights alone, or with select machines if applicable. If you are interested in gaining both size and strength in an efficient manner, this program is for you.

 

After purchaseing the program, you will recieve an email with a .zip file, that when opened will have 2 separate .pdf files. 1. is the program guide explaining the program and how to run it, as well as some other info. 2. is the program itself. It can be downloaded and printed out, so you can easily take notes and track your data.

 

Download the .zip file, if on a computer simply double click the file to uncompress. If on a smartphone, press and hold the file, and select uncompress.
